  It takes a lot more time than using an instant mix or frozen pizza crust. Marco’s traditional crust is well – Ah!thentic. And Down Right Delicious!
• Marco’s uses a unique blend of 3 fresh cheeses.
  Some pizza chains use only one cheese, mozzarella, usually bought frozen. No self-respecting chef in the old country would use frozen cheese. Or only one kind. And neither would Marco’s.
• Sauce with an authentic homemade taste.
  Of Course it tastes homemade. It’s the same recipe that’s been enjoyed in Italy for generations. The taste is so authentic it’s like sending your mouth to Italy.
