Hello, my name is Kim Freeman and I’m a Realtor with Waddell Realty.  Having personally purchased and sold several homes well before my career as a Realtor, I am no newcomer to the process and all it entails.  From shopping for a home, building homes from the ground up, trying my hand at for sale by owner and working with a Realtor, I’ve done it all.  Now, unlike then, I have the knowledge and experience to negotiate these tasks with ease.
